We adopted Yogi from the SPA about 2 years ago. We had lots of problems with him mainly his tendency to nip and mouth when excited or frightened. We sought the help of 2 trainers before Joanne. She has been by far the most effective and the most helpful and all by using the gentlest and kindest of methods. She has a great understanding of dog behaviour and is quick to find effective solutions which she manages to convey clearly. We would not hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Thanks Joanne.
